All models work on principle of downward displacement of air which is most economical method of obtainig sterilization. Triple Walled with Steam Storage, Inner Chamber, Outer Wall,Lid and Ring are made of S.S 304 Grade material. with Leak proof argon welding. Autoclave is mounted on Stainless steel frame with ground leveling screwed flanges. Equiped with The Pressure Control Device, Digital Temperature Controller with Digital Timer & Alarm Low Water Cut Off Device, Multiport Valve etc. is incorporated. Operating Temp & Pressure:- Sterilizing Temp: 121° to 131° C, Sterilizing Pressure: 1.2 to 1.5 Kg/cm2 [15 PSI to 20 PSI], Power: Suitable to Operate on 440 V, 3Ph,50 Hz, AC Supply. Optional features on extra cost: 1] Fully automatic sterilization cycle having feature of auto purge and axhaust installed with three solenoid valves. 2] Vacuum pump.
